Dear Statalisters,
In the glm model I'm running, the dependant variable is total cost over
a 12 month period. I would like to take into account the proportion of
time in which an invididual was alive during the period. Would it be
appropriate to use the offset() option on the proportion of months alive
during the period, i.e. time = x/12. Then, offset(time).
