Does anyone know or have experience regarding use of Stata's balanced repeated replication for survey data (svy: brr) with the modification called "successive difference replication"?

I am interested to use it for analysis of a Current Population Survey (CPS) Supplement with replicate weight data. Replication in the CPS uses two modifications of standard BRR techniques, the Fay method and the successive difference replication method, the latter of which appears to utliize the Hadamard matrix.

Is SURVWGT a better alternative?

Any guidance or specific instruction in the use of Stata for these analyses would be greatly appreciated.
