Hello, everyone.  A reviewer has asked me to make a few simple statements on the relative benefits of panel data over cross-sectional data.  I can generate a short list of the relative benefits (and the relative perils!) on my own, but it would be great if there were a cite or two that laid the points out clearly.  It would aid my explanations, and it would be great to have a cite on this rather than to look like I came up with it on my own.
