That message has been known to occur when your Stata and/or gologit2
are not up to date. From within Stata, type
ssc install gologit2, replace
update all
update swap
The update swap command will only be necessary if Stata says a new
executable is available. People often neglect this step, which
causes their ado files and executable to be out of sync with each other.
