Hi,
I have mulitple observations for each country within a year.
For example (hypothetical)

year    country   industry   log(output)
1990         4          311           12
1990         4          312            20
1990         6          311             3
1990         8          311            12
1990         8          312            45
1991         4          311           15
1991         4          312            23
1991         6          311             6
1991         8          311            14
1991         8          312            44
How do I tsset the data inorder to calculate the growth in output within an industry for each country?
