I have updated the Lessons and associated .do files for the exercises that are
associated with my course materials for "Survival Analysis using Stata",
downloadable from http://www.iser.essex.ac.uk/teaching/degree/stephenj/ec968/

It's not a major update. Perhaps most importantly, it is now version 10 throughout
-- it as previously version 8. (Only a very small number of things had to be
changed.) Also, I've added a couple of small things, and tried to fix typos.

I hope to revise the "Survival Analysis" manuscript sometime.

As usual, comments and suggestions directly to me please.
