Dear all, I want to estimate an ordered logit/probit (as well as a simple probit/logit and OLS) where I have several possibly endogenous dummies (mutually exclusive) and candidate instruments that are roughly continuous (in fact, percentages). Does anyone have an idea how to implement this?
