I am using Stata 10 IC for Mac OS X
When I've seen similar messages on a Windows machine, it has been
because the user lacked read/write privileges. But, you are saying
that you have not had similar problems when installing other ado
files, so I am not sure what to tell you. Maybe a Mac person can
chime in or maybe you need to talk to a system administrator there.
