st: 2008 SNASUG submission deadline fast approaching
Just a reminder that the deadline for submission of abstracts for the
2008 Summer North American Stata Users Group (SNASUG) meeting is
April 1st. The meeting will be held July 24-25th in Chicago;
complete details (including details regarding submission of
abstracts) are available at the following URL: http://www.stata.com/
meeting/snasug08/.
For those of you who have not attended a Stata users group meeting
before, giving a presentation is a great opportunity to share what
you are doing in Stata with others, and to get feedback from
interested (and knowledgeable) users and from StataCorp developers.
And, as an added bonus, if your abstract is accepted for
presentation, the conference registration fee will be waived (primary
author only).
If you want to discuss ideas for a possible presentation, please
contact one of the members of the organizing committee (Scott Long,
Pravin Trivedi, Richard Williams, and myself).
