Hi there,
Any idea  
1. how to run an instrumental variable Heckman in
STATA?
2. why the estimations (coefficients and standard
error) obtained from a manually conducted IV Tobit
differ from that obtained by running the STATA
built-in IVTobit model. By manual I meant: run OLS in
stage 1 and plug in the residuals from stage 1 in the
simple tobit model in stage 2) 

I would appreciate, please.
