Not exactly that. In this example, I want to plot "domestic" in one plot
and "foreign" in other plot; side by side, using by(foreing).

the aim is to drawn a vertical line in -10 for "foreign" and in 1 for
"domestic", i.e.

xline( 1)

xline( -10)

But if I specify xline( 1), both vertical lines will be at 1 in the plots.
any solution?
