That is weird, it should actually exclude all casses where one category
gets all the time or no time at all. -dirifit- works as expectd if I do
the following:

use http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/c/citybudget.dta
dirifit governing - urbanplanning,  ///
        mu( houseval popdens noleft minorityleft )
