Dear Statalister

I want to measure efficiency of banking using Frontier
Cost Function. I have cross-sectional time-series data
(99 cross section and 20 timer series). What kind of
test should be done to the data (Heteroschedastic,
autocorrelation, multicollinearity, etc) ?

Thank You.
