The only case I can imagine that such an histogram makes sense is
in a fixed effects regression (this may just as well say something
about my lack of imagination...) in which case you should use the
-xt- programs, see -help xt-, and the fixed effects won't appear in the
e(b) matrix but can be obtained by using -predict-. An example of such
a graph is given in
http://www.stata.com/statalist/archive/2008-01/msg00596.html (you can
change -hangroot- into -histogram-)
