It is perhaps worth knowing that Gareth Ambler wrote plogit which may be
downloaded from
http://www.homepages.ucl.ac.uk/~ucakgam/stata.html.
Somehow <findit> does not not seem to find it.
Having said this, I'd be extremely grateful if anyone adapted some of Frank
Harrell's SPlus commands in this area (prediction models) into Stata.
