I have 4 samples (later it will be more) and I have to
compare all possible pairs (1-2,1-3,1-4,2-3,2-4,3-4)
with a ranksum test (multiple comparison corrections
will come later). I tried nested forvalue loops to get
these combinations but was unable to get the desired
results. I am using Stata 10.
I would be grateful for any advice on the correct
syntax.
