adding a command for this problem... Could be something like the
"duplicates"-handling...

Here is a not very elegant solution:

webuse nlswork, clear
gen nofill = 1
fillin idcode year
bys idcode (nofill) : gen filled = missing(nofill[_N])
tab filled
drop if filled
*------------- end example ----------------------
