I'm trying to fit a Singh-Maddala distribution using smfit.ado. After
downloading the smfit.pkg package (distribution date: 20070316) this
is what I get:

. smfit price
unrecognized command: smfit_ll
program smfit_ll not found

The file smfit_ll.ado is called by smfit.ado (see line 160), but I
don't see it in the package, nor did I succeed to find it elsewhere.
Please try
ssc install smfit, replace
