st: oaxaca with panel data

Dear statalist,
I would calculate the oaxaca decomposition between men and women in a  
contest of panel data. Do you know if there is a particular procedure,  
or after calculate panel data I should to use the oaxaca command? and  
which type of panel I need to use? fe or re?
