It looks like "beamer". Googling "latex beamer", for example, should be sufficient to get you started. (IIRC, you are using Mac OS X. If you have Gerben Wierda's installation of teTeX, or the latest MacTeX TeXLive installation, chances are beamer is already on your Mac.) Hope this helps.
