I have the following: anova factor1 male discipline north reg
and I would like to bootstrap its results. I guess that the solution is:

bootstrap e(F) e(F_1) e(F_2) e(F_3) e(F_4): anova factor1 male discipline north reg

Is it ok? Factor1 is a Likert scale, and remaining variables are respondents' characteristics. While I tried to survey the whole population - i.e. no ex ante sampling techniques have been used - there is a 4% response rate (thus responses come from only a subset of the whole population). Can the options strata and cluster further help me?
Thanks,
Nicola
