st: Why don't some commands work in STATA v8?...tabcount, tostring, mrtab

Hi everyone,

I am running STATA 8.  I have problems getting STATA 8
to run some commands such as tabcount, tostring,
mrtab?  Are these extra files that I'm supposed to
download from somewhere?
