st: Comparing rates of conversion

I have 4 groups of patients with different types of memory loss. I'd like
to compare the conversion rates to Alzheimer's disease among the 4 groups
adjusted for time of follow-up. What is the most appropriate method? What
is the Stata command for that method. Thanks.
