Hi Jean, thanks for replying. I found out, that iv(l2.X1, equ(level)) iv(l2.X1, equ(diff)) is much closer to the ... equ(both) command than iv(l2.X1, equ(level)) iv(l2D.X1, equ(diff)) Thus, I believe that the equ(diff) suboptions will first difference the variable and should not be given as l2d but as l2. When using ... iv(l2.X1. equ(diff)) there remains only a slight difference.
