st: emacs ado-mode updated for Mata

Hello people,

The emacs ado-mode has (finally) been updated to include the Mata  
commands. There have been some other improvements and fixes, thanks  
to user suggestions, the two biggest being that

. indentation of comments has been changed and now supports nested  
commands with increasing indentation, and
. saving ado-files now respects emacs flag for complaining about  
overwriting old files.
