Sorry - that was a bit of a joke... U.S. leftists in the 1960s and 70s
frequently spelled "America" with a K as an act of protest. (The
Oxford English Dictionary hypothesizes that it was a reference to the
German spelling, and intended to be suggested of Nazism...)
I was reminded of that, given the name of your program...
