I don't know whether this exactly relates to your question, but I recently had a similar problem with a binary dependent variable, a set of covariates plus a binary endogenous regressor for which I had an instrument. Hi,

Is it possible to run a two stage probit least squares model in stata 8 in
which both of the endogenous variables are binary?  If so, what command is
it? cdsimeq doesn't work and neither does ivprob.  Thanks
