Thanks to Kit Baum, -estout-, -estadd-, -estadd_plus-,
and -eret2- have been updaten on SSC.
Changes:
-estadd-
 * -estadd- is an own package now.
 * In addition to the existing syntax, -estadd- now has a
simplyfied alternative syntax for use with e()-returns
that have not yet been stored.
 * -estadd- is no longer permitted to overwrite existing
    e()-scalars, e()-macros, or e()-matrices (unless the new
    -replace- option is specified).
 * The error messages and the speed of -estadd- have been
improved. Furthermore, all -estadd- subroutines now come
as separate ado files (_estadd_beta.ado, _estadd_mean.ado,
    _estadd_sd.ado).
-estadd_plus-
 * -estadd_plus- has a new function called -pcorr-
(_estadd_pcorr.ado). -pcorr- adds partial and semi-partial
    correlations.
-estout-
 * The -varlabels()- option did not accept equation names.
    This is fixed.
 * Some options caused -estout- to slow down considerable.
    This is fixed.
In addition, documentation of all packaged has been updated.
