I was planning to ask the following question to technical support in
private, but I think it might be of interset to all
What happens if we upgrade now to Stata 9 Windows 32 bits and subsequently
we upgrade our computer to Windows 64 bits? Will we have to pay again?
If I understand correctly, Windows will switch to 64 bits during the
expected lifetime of Stata 9
