hi,
you can use the "prchange" post-estimation command available in the
spost-package by scott long. his 2003 book "regression models for
categorial dependent variables using stata", might be helpful for
interpretation.
to find the spost commands: net search spost, then click on spostado, then
on (click here to install)

. mlogit dep indep1 indep2...
. prchange
