Thanks to Kit Baum, various packages have been
added to or updated on SSC. All require Stata 8.

-adjacent-
==========

The adjacent values are marked on box plots by
whisker ends: Stata follows the Tukey definition
whereby they are the extreme data values within
1.5 iqr of the nearer quartile. This may be of interest
to people who work with box plots, although
-extremes- (see below) is likely to be more
useful in practice.

First draft of code posted last Friday,
also discussed yesterday.

-extremes-

Support for -by:- added.

-catplot-

-mylabels-

If you installed any of these packages previously,
please

. ssc inst packagename, replace

If you want more information, please

. ssc desc packagename

where packagename should naturally be replaced by
a name of interest.
