I cannot get the site search to work with the Harvard archive either.
With the advanced search page I can search for statalist pages, but for some reason I cannot access pages by subject header keywords in the search.
Maybe Google changed or Harvard's archive structure changed? I dunno. You can at least search more recent years at www.stata.com.
