Your version of -outreg- is choking because the space
before the HD, which to the Macintosh is an integral
part of the filename, is being misunderstood.
This problem has been noticed before and -outreg- fixed
for at least one instance of it.

. which outreg

will tell you what you have and

. ssc desc outreg

reveals that the latest version is 3.1.7.
If you are not using the latest version,
upgrade first.
