you might want to check with Susan Athey directly. On her homepage
(http://kuznets.harvard.edu/~athey/, scroll down to the paper)  is a
link to Matlab code and the suggestion "(check with authors for
potential updates and for Stata implementation)", so it might be worth
a try.
