Since -xtmixed- does not support -svy- or weights, you probably must
use -gllamm-.  You might want to compare that approach to one where
you resample from your data taking account of the survey
characteristics, i.e. a modified bootstrap using -gsample- from SSC,
and compute unweighted -xtmixed- estimates on each draw.
