Thanks as always to Kit Baum, a new program -mimrgns- is now available
from the SSC.

-mimrgns- runs -margins- on multiply imputed datasets. The program
generalizes the approach suggest by the UCLA Statistical Consulting
Group (http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/faq/ologit_mi_marginsplot.htm)
in the sense, that the estimation command is not 'hard coded' but
obtained from the last call to -mi estimate-. Thus, the syntax for
-mimrgns- is the same as with -margins-, making it very easy to use.

I hope some will find the program useful and would like to stress that
all the credit is due to the UCLA Statistical Consulting Group.

Best
Daniel
