Yes, you can use -margins- after -poisson-. And you might like to check
out the -punaf- package, downloadable from SSC, which is a wrapper for
-margins- and -nlcom-, in case you wanted to estimate between-scenario
ratios instead of between-scenario differences. The -punaf- package is
discussed at length in an article in the latest Stata Journal (Newson,
2014),and was also discussed at the 2012 UK Stata User Meeting (Newson,
2012).
