Subject | st: A micro-macro multilevel analysis - Can it happen? |
Date | Fri, 9 Aug 2013 13:26:55 -0500 |
Hi All. My dissertation requires a micro-macro multilevel analysis for discrete variables. That is, I would like to explain a group-level dependent variable (turnover rates) with both group-level and individual-level independent variables. Exploring the literature I find the same group of authors discussing it but it was more of a theoretical discussion than practical one. I wonder if any of you have ever conducted such analysis or knows anything about it? Also, does Stata already have such features implemented to carry out such analysis? Can a micro-macro multilevel analysis really happen? Any help or comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
