Many thanks to Phil Schumm and Sergiy Radyakin for their responses to
my inquiry.
I've checked out both sources and both are very helpful. I've always
checked -help whatsnew- after each update, but I never bothered to
scroll past the most recent update information, so I never realized
that information was there. As for the help file on stata.com, I was
completely unaware of its existence.
Thanks again. This will save me and my colleagues a lot of time and headache.
