Thanks as ever to Kit Baum, an update to -survsim- is available on SSC. Please use -adoupdate- or -ssc install survsim, replace- to update.
-survsim- simulates survival times from parametric distributions or user-defined hazard functions, with the algorithm described here: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/sim.5823/abstract
This update fixed a minor bug when using a 2-component mixture distribution.
