Without my Stata handy to check documentation, have you checked to see if the command allows you to specify the number of iterations it will attempt to see if the model converges?  Also, have you tried using this with a simplified model (e.g., fewer or no covariates)?  If you're using seven random coefficients (in the mixed effects sense of a random coefficient) you likely should simplify your model considerably and build it up to determine which of the random coefficients is the source of the difficulty.
