I am interested in the « geocode » and « traveltime » Stata commands.
I have no problem with the "geocode" command. But I have some with the "traveltime" command. Indeed, I'm not able to obtain the travel distance the authors have on their paper in the Stata Journal (vol 11, nb 1, 2011). Here is the small example I use:
