Hi James,

Please reread the Statalist FAQ regarding posting the same question under multiple queries.  I responded to your earlier post just this morning and within a few hours you had reposted an identical question under a new thread name.  Not only is this counter productive for you, but anyone with the same question now would need to sift through multiple threads to find an answer that should have appeared only in the first thread that you began.
