I can't answer your question properly without knowing:
1) The purpose of your study
2) Your main study variables
3) Whether you will be subsampling anything (e.g. workers, records)
4) How you decided on the sample sizes in each sector

Dear Stata members:

I would like to know what is the best approach to sample from a list
of companies. I already have them categorized by sectors. I need a
specific number of companies from each sector. For example, 30
companies from the medical sector.
Thank you in advance for your help and consideration.
