-vanelteren- (SSC) is a user-written program, as you are asked to explain.

Clearly, you need to look at your output in conjunction with
descriptive statistics (-tabstat- is often helpful here), and indeed
graphs of the data, but otherwise there seems nothing exotic here: you
have test statistics, P-values, etc. and the interpretation is like
that of any such significance test.
