Aren't the totals ultimately being output by -mi estimate-? Have you tried moving the cformat() option to be an -mi estimate- option?
mi estimate, saving(egyemprate) cformat(%10.0f): svy linearized: total emp1 emp2
emp3 WAP1 WAP2 WAP3
