If all of these vars are in your model and you are using listwise deletion of missing data, then your maximum N is 6017. Ergo Stata's 5709 cases sounds much more in the ballpark than Limdep's 15,469. I am not sure how Limdep handles missing data, but you'll need to figure that out. If worse comes to worst, create an extract that only has cases with no missing values and use it with Limdep.
