Thanks to you ALL,
I solved my problem:

to obtain a twofold deco, equivalent to the one gor with the previous
ado file (before 2008) it is necessary to download oaxaca8, and:
oaxaca8 male female, wei(1)

run the desidred twofold deco. Otherwise, the current version of
oaxaca.ado (Ben Jann, 2011) gives the same by typing:
oaxaca lwage $x, by(fem) weight(1)
