Hi again - yes, motherland3==1 has 16,113 observations. (altogether motherland3 has 10 categories) /A. ________________________________________ From: owner-statalist@hsphsun2.harvard.edu [owner-statalist@hsphsun2.harvard.edu] on behalf of Austin Nichols [austinnichols@gmail.com] Sent: 24 May 2012 17:03 To: statalist@hsphsun2.harvard.edu Subject: Re: st: Thread-Index: Ac049lzDw8LzBnUBQd+6mSCfgPrdJg== Amal Khanolkar <Amal.Khanolkar@ki.se> It is also possible you are asking for a nonexistent category; -vioplot- currently reports r(198) where r(2000) would be more appropriate, which I will fix in an update shortly. Are you sure that motherland3==1 defines a sample with nonmissing obs? The `c' was just a way to make multiple long lines with common text fit on email without breaking lines. Could you please tell me what I'm doing wrong and what exactly the 'c' signifies? * * For searches and help try: * http://www.stata.com/help.cgi?search * http://www.stata.com/support/statalist/faq * http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/ * * For searches and help try: * http://www.stata.com/help.cgi?search * http://www.stata.com/support/statalist/faq * http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/
