While the official -tetrachoric- does not support [pweights] or the
-svy- features, my -polychoric- would support [pweights] and
-cluster()- option (although the way it produces the output, it is
only relevant for pairwise correlations when the standard errors are
really reported). It does not matter for the point estimates though.
The chi-square goodness of fit tests will be wrong. The standard
errors via the bootstrap is certainly an option, although you would
need to perform the bootstrap in a way that respects the complex
design features
